The Creative English Writing Club of Thailand (CEWCT) is a hub for writers, poets, essayists, and storytellers. Whether you are crafting your very first short story, polishing a collection of poetry, or developing a full-length manuscript, CEWCT provides a dynamic, welcoming space for voices from every background to connect, create, and refine their craft.

We believe that storytelling is a universal bridge. By bringing together native and non-native English speakers living across the Kingdom, CEWCT creates an inclusive environment where cross-cultural exchange flourishes through the written word.

Our Mission

  • Empower Storytellers: Provide accessible spaces, constructive feedback, and tools to help writers of all skill levels discover and hone their unique creative voices.

  • Promote English Literacy & Expression: Help members build mastery over creative English expression, rhetoric, and literary nuance in a practical, supportive setting.

What We Do (Core Activities)

1. Workshops

Regular hands-on sessions led by published authors, editors, and experienced educators covering various genres—including fiction, creative non-fiction, poetry, screenwriting, and flash fiction.

2. Critique & Feedback Circles

Small group peer-review sessions where members share drafts in a constructive, supportive environment designed to help refine plot, character development, voice, and grammar.

3. Publications

We publish creative submissions from members and non-members.
